Britannia Bell
The yacht Britannia has been until 1997 the official yacht of the British Royal Family. Now it is moored in the port of Edinburgh and is open to visitors.
Visits start from the so called Ocean Terminal, which is easily reachable by bus nr.11, 34, 1, 22 and 35.

You get on board with the support of an audio guide player (available in 13 languages, with special micro telephones for English children) leading to the 5 bridges.

The visit offers a general view on life on board of the Royal Family, the officers and the crew.
All cabins are in fact accessible for visit, including the private cabins of the Queen and the room where Charles and Diana spent their honeymoon.
The visit is very interesting and somehow original, an experience which we truly recommend during your stay in Edinburgh.
