Chester Residence These stunning, stylish suites are in Edinburgh city centre, 800 metres from the shops of Princes Street. Each suite boasts a large-screen TV with DVD selection, an iPod dock, and luxurious bathrobes. Each large, individually designed suite features an excellent built-in sound system, DVD player, and a PSP portable game system. Guests can relax amongst chic decor, with comfortable sofas and sleek, wooden coffee tables. Each fully equipped kitchen offers a built-in oven with hob, a microwave, and a fridge for self-catering. Kitchens also include dishwashers and a full range of cutlery, plates, and kitchen utensils. The luxury bathrooms have slippers, rain showers and Molton Brown toiletries. Chester Residence consists of 4 Georgian town houses in the West End of Edinburgh. The art galleries, museums, shops, cafes and restaurants are a short walk away. Chester Residence provides a full reception and concierge service. Suites are serviced daily. In-room dining and spa treatments, gym facilities and a chauffeur service are available by prior request. Breakfast and dinner use fresh natural ingredients, and meals are available, freshly cooked to order from the menu, and can be enjoyed within the apartment.

All children are welcome. One further child or adult is charged GBP 55 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Important information

All bookings over GBP 1000 are subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit which is taken at the time of booking. The Chester Residence does not accept bookings from same-sex groups, stag/hen parties or similar groups. Any such bookings will be cancelled and no refund given. Please note that extra beds must be arranged with the hotel before check-in, as not all apartments have the capacity to accommodate them. If any booking is cancelled after 14:00, 48 hours before arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
